Being one of the mobile elite means that you are probably well-connected to global networks and your lifestyle is most likely linked to business travel. Researchers in the UK have found that these elite should be very concerned about their health.
Studies reveal that business men and women often disregard the wide range of physiological, psychological, emotional, & social consequences related to their extensive travel. Often, any negative effects on our health that may be related to travel is smothered by ‘glamourizing’ it in order to sell flights, hotel rooms and dining at fine restaurants.
It is now better understood that the more you fly, the more you will be prone to develop chronic jet lag, memory impairment and faster aging.
