This privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) governs how OmniMode Sarl. (hereafter OmniMode) collects, uses, stores and discloses information collected from buyers or users (hereinafter “User”) of the OmniMode website (hereinafter “Website”) accessible via the domain omni-mode.com, collects, uses, stores and publishes.

(i) OmniMode collects and processes surnames, first names, home/work, IP and email addresses, OmniMode related passwords, telephone numbers, registration and navigation data, order histories, preferences and interests (products viewed), delivery incidents and complaints.

(iii) Some data may be automatically collected by Omni-mode.com, based on the user’s website activity.

a. When making purchases, none of the user’s payment information data is collected or stored by OmniMode.
b. For purchase processing, the user’s first and last name, credit card number, expiry date and security code will be collected by the payment service provider. The payment service provider may store this data.

OmniMode uses personal data solely for the services administration and the proper operation of the website.

a. Creating a user account:
~ Only an email address, phone number, home address and password are required when agreeing to create a user account.

(i) OmniMode will not share or pass on users’ personal data to third parties without the users express consent.
(ii) The user accepts that OmniMode, in the context of providing services, may disclose their personal data to those vendors or subcontractors who assist OmniMode in providing these services, (f. ex., payments and deliveries).
a. Subcontractors may only process personal data information in accordance with the applicable laws on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and in compliance with OmniMode’s instructions.
b. Any other disclosure of the user’s personal data will only be made to third parties upon receipt of the user’s express consent.

OmniMode has implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, access and other forms of unlawful or unauthorised processing.

9. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
User personal data is indefinitely and securely stored within the OmniMode website.
~ Upon user request for account closure, all personal data contained therein, including the website account, will be irreversibly deleted and anonymised.

(i) A user has, at any time and free of charge, the right to access, modify and object to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to info@OmniMode.com
These rights include:
~ The right to erasure and transference of their personal data.
~ The right to withdraw, at any time and free of charge, any and all consents found within this privacy policy.

~ Account closure can be made via the “Settings” menu found in the user profile.

May be made with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale pour la protection des données at https://cnpd.public.com/fr.html.

The user’s express consent to this Privacy Policy is a condition of using OmniMode Services. Consent is given by accepting the Terms and Conditions either when creating a user account or when making purchases as a guest.
~ User consent to the Privacy Policy is a prerequisite for all purchases made from the OmniMode Website.

“COOKIES” are small files that are stored in the internet browser section within the internal memory.
~ OmniMode uses cookies for recognizing our users, personalising their navigation and improving their browsing experience on our website and to allow selected goods to be saved in the shopping cart.
~ Located on the banner (at the top of the OmniMode landing page) users may find the complete list of technically necessary and non-necessary cookie functions and manage their use. Non-necessary cookies are disabled by default. Cookies may be allowed or disallowed by moving the slider in the desired direction.
~ Clicking the “Decline” button will result in the use of only technically necessary cookies, meaning that certain functions might be disabled or can only be used to a limited extent.
~ The processing of personal data by cookies and similar technologies is necessary for the proper functioning of the OmniMode website. OmniMode’s use of non-essential cookies is based on the user’s voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 GDPR § 1, a.
