This privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) governs how OmniMode Sarl. (hereafter OmniMode) collects, uses, stores and discloses information collected from buyers or users (hereinafter “User”) of the OmniMode website (hereinafter “Website”) accessible via the domain omni-mode.com, collects, uses, stores and publishes.

OmniMode employs appropriate internet security practices and measures (in compliance with the European Data Board), for the collection, storage and processing of data and in order to protect against the unauthorised access, falsification, disclosure or destruction of personal data in connection with its services. 8. SECURITY AND DATA TRANSMISSION

OmniMode has implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, access and other forms of unlawful or unauthorised processing.

9. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

User personal data is indefinitely and securely stored within the OmniMode website.

~ Upon user request for account closure, all personal data contained therein, including the website account, will be irreversibly deleted and anonymised.

(i) A user has, at any time and free of charge, the right to access, modify and object to the processing of their personal data by sending an email to info@OmniMode.com

The user’s express consent to this Privacy Policy is a condition of using OmniMode Services. Consent is given by accepting the Terms and Conditions either when creating a user account or when making purchases as a guest.
