Payment
OmniMode Sarl. accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay in EUR.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is dispatched, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
Reservation of Amount
When using debit or credit cards, the transaction amount will be reserved. This reservation remains in place until the webshop processes and dispatches your order. Once the order is dispatched, the amount will be deducted from your account. The reservation period depends on the product or service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
When using a debit card, you will see the reserved amount on your account, reducing your available balance. If you or the webshop cancels the order, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will remain for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
Funds will only be deducted from your account and appear in your balance overview once the webshop processes and charges your payment.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Secure Payment
OmniMode Sarl. uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocols, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be accessed by third parties.
Additionally, OmniMode’s website uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
OmniMode Sarl. will ship your order within 3 working days after the purchase at our Web Shop. The delivery time will depend on the delivery country and city

- UPS
- DPD
- DHL
- Luxembourg Post
Shipping costs are calculated as a fixed cost.
Depending on shipping company used you might receive a track-and-trace number so you can monitor your package from our warehouse to your home.
OmniMode Sarl. assumes responsibility for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a 15-day full return policy on goods purchased from the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 15-day period begins on the day your order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Notification of your wish to withdraw must be sent to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the returned goods must reach us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to support@omni-mode.com clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
Condition of the Product upon Return
You are liable for any decrease in the product’s value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. This means you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this scope, it will be considered used and its value diminished. In such cases, you may only receive a partial refund or none at all. The extent of the refund is determined by OmniMode Sarl.
Complaints
A two-year warranty applies to products in accordance with Luxembourg law. The warranty covers manufacturing, material, or software defects.
Complaints about defects must be reported to OmniMode Sarl. within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty does not apply in cases of improper or unusual use of the product.

Customer and Privacy Policy
We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties. Your information is stored solely in our customer database, and you can request its deletion at any time.
To process your order, we require the following information:

This information is registered with OmniMode Sarl. and stored for up to five years before being deleted.
